depends on what your definition of "good paying" is. You can make money selling on Ebay, and just get rid of stuff you have around the house. Also, you can provide a service....babysitting, pet sitting, cake decorating. However, the most lucrative job I have actually witnessed someone do from their own home was transcribing medical records! You type up the doctor notes and you are actually in business for yourself. My friend worked in her pajamas and typed on her computer everyday. Then she emailed the records to the physicians. She also typed term papers, resumes etc. for the general public.

It depends on what type of job you are looking for.A lot of companies now have people working for them at home but they require experience and at least two years of on the job training. You need to look at what you have to offer that will meet their demands. Or you can work on line as an affiliate there are good companies out there, you just need to be careful and watch for the scams, because they will be looking for you.

If you find one, let me know! I have been wanting another source of income but I dont want to be away from home any more than I am. I cant find anything that is legitimate. I would love to find a typing job or something but most people who require typists already employ one in their office.

Medical Coding. A lot of hospitals are allowing their coders to work from home. I have a friend who just passed her exam and started out making 37,000. Not bad for being able to work at home. Take a coding class and pass the national exam...

I've seen a site where they pay you to post educated answers but I didn't bother with it. When I checked it out it was like 3 cents a post and the head mod can give you more money if you post good stuff or lower your money if you post uneducated stuff.
