Depending on how fit you are now, here some suggestions.
1. Running is key, but economical runnig is the best type of running. i.e. get on a field and run, jog, trot and walk with the ball for 45 min. The is more realistic game type situation training.
2. Running sprints help as well. Make a schedule such as Mon, Wens, Friday 1 - 3 mile runs Tues, Thurs, sprints i.e. quarter mile sprints, sprint straight aways, and sprint the curves on a track.
3. Ball skills training should include multiple things, depending on how long you have i suggest taking a soccer ball evry where you go and using your feet dribble every where. Really work on which ever foot is weakest.
4. Take a Tennis Ball and start kicking against the wall for 10 min, get a brazilian juggling ball and juggle for ten mins, if you can get to a soccer sity buy a futsal ball and dribble it for ten minutes and finish this work out with a regular soccer ball against a wall for ten minutes.
5. The last word of advice is pleae strecth before any thing, personally i have wasted a lot of time from injuries due to not effectivly strecthing.
oh i for got buy a soccer pal, as cheese as it sounds you cant beat working out with the ball on a rope by yourself.

I've been playing soccer for a long time.... about 7 years. They way I stay in shape for soccer is running. (I also run track but you don't have to) For track, I run 10 laps around the track. Then, I dribble for a little bit and set up my goals (if you dont have any then just make some) and practice kicking and have my sister be the goalie and try getting the ball past her. Hope this helped!

Everyone is giving some good advice, but after running for a couple of weeks try this instead. Do shuttles. Sprint 25 meters turn and sprint 25 meters back and do this until you get to a total of 300 meters in a row. Do this once more after a few minutes of rest. Also do plyometrics if you can. They defenatly make you jump higher and sprint faster, and in high school soccer, speed determines who comes out on top most of the time

i dont know if you have ever played soccer before but passing is a good start. but i would do a lot of condition training. like running a few miles, a few times a week. i would do some crunches too. im in my sophmore year and my second year playing for my school team and we have summer practices 3 days a week for 2 hrs. you should try getting a group of girls together who are playing and practice a bit. i would work on ball control such as dribbling, juggling trapping shooting heading, all that good stuff. i dont know if your school team has a junior varsity team but don't be discouraged if you dont make varsity most freshman dont make varsity just because they are freshman..it sucks i know but if you work really hard you will be good. but i dont think just passing the ball will help much thats kind of like a warm up.you can search different drills and fun games that you can try on the internet that will help. o and deff make a note of trying to become close friends with the upperclassman on your team they could probably help you out..and could give you a better chance of making varsity. well good luck!!

YOu can go to a gym or just run laps around your yard if it's big enough. If you have a pool or know someone who does you can go swimming. Even WAlking. You are sure to get in shape!!!

It depends if you're playing for fun or seriously. If you'r playing for fun, then practice your skills- passing dribbling and shooting. But if you're playing competitively, then you should be focusing on fitness- laps pushups and sit up. Fitness is the key because you will get to the end of the game and still be running hard- whereas if you are unfit, you will find ypurself struggling to get to challenges and swoop on loose balls.
