how long do you think you can get if you get accused of stealing $50,000 but confese to $3,000 in the stat of ohio this being your second offence

Depends on how the theft occurred. If you embezzled it, or it was fraud, you're looking at 5 years in prison. If you burglarized it, 8 years. If you took it at gunpoint, second offense 25 years.
Any way you look at it, you're going to prison.

hope you used the 3K for a lawyer..lol.. depends of HOW you stole it really.. Robbing a bank is fed crime 15-30 years..embesslment is pretty harsh as well 10-20.. if you stole it from you sweet gray haired granny?.. 3-5

anything over 300 dollars is a felony so youre looking at big time if you do not get a good lawyer.
