get to be friends with this guy. if you want to ask him out, go for it. just have a conversation n be all like "hey, u wanna chyll sometime? like see a movie?" if he says yes, he's probably intreseted. n then after u can actually ask him out

Talk to him!! and then talk some more, and more and more. and don't make a fool by desperately trying to impress him. Just hang out, and dont try to find things "in common" cause even the most opposites attract sometimes. Be around him often, as often as you like and then it'll be all too easy to say "I kind of like having your company, shall we set a date?"

Walk up to him and start talking! Why are people having trouble communicating with people....sheesh girl ASK HIM or you may lose him to someone that can carry a conversation.

try to have a casual conversation andmake sure you guys kinda flow. make sure ur not too nervous so you dont freak him out. good luck!
