Im a stylist and with those pants a a white w/ red or blue small poka dots tunic forever 21 and ur fav color tank under.

You can wear khaki, or red, or white...any of the neutral, earth tones would go well with it...even something with gold or blue would work.
For styles, I would suggest an actual cotton top, like a t-shirt (babydoll), or even one of those screened tees that say something funny on it. Something v-neck or scoop neck.

wear like a green coloured tshirt or tank top or brown..any colour that matches with it. dont wear long sleeves
