For those of you that have answered this question and to those that haven't, here's a another piece. Me and my boyfriend have known each other for 14 years. We have been through so much together in the last 2 years. During those two, we have fought with each other and have broken up twice. We are very open with one another, he's cheated once. During hurricane katrina, we were on the outs, but after going through something like that, we've gotten back together and have improved our relationship. No matter what we have gone through as a couople good or bad, we somehow find our way back to each other.

If you let it,, it will, you have to be prepared to forgive each other,,,,, we are none perfect, and all make mistakes, just make sure you both learn from your mistakes........ and don't continue to do the same thing over and over,,, good luck to you both.

Sounds like you are just in a comfort zone afraid to try something new...Maybe you would make better friends than bf/gf...maybe you should try that and set some ground rules...Finding your way back to each other does not make you soul mates..but is sounds like that is what you want to hear, so i doubt what we say will matter...been there done that...
