Those atomic fireball (Cinnamon jaw breakers) are awesome for morning sickness...but during the night, I'd be a little afraid to suck on one...just in case you fell back to sleep and chocked on the thing.

Oh sweetie, I had this so bad with my last pregnancy so i know what you are going through!! For three months i couldn't do anything i was so sick ALL the time, i also lost about 15 pounds. I was taking a prescription nausea medication (if you are not on that talk to your ob about it) but it wasn't helping for me. Come to find out it wasn't morning sickness at all but an excess of stomach acid. I started taking acid controllers and it was a world of difference. DIdn't make it go away 100% but was considerably better than it had been before. Good luck and hope you find something that helps soon!

No there really aren't any home remedies for it, just tell your doctor if it becomes bad. I used to get up every morning and just go into the bathroom and puke, with my first pregnancy, at the beginning because nothing worked. Keep saltine crackers with you and if you can get to the kitchen and eat something before you feel sick, that might help. I know that having an empty stomach or, at the beginning, taking my vitamins, made me sick. It might just be a part of your pregnancy and there is nothing, short of taking prescription meds., that you can do.

I had it like that and I realize this may not be the healthiest thing in peoples eyes but I am on my third pregnancy and have had to do this the ENTIRE nine months with all three. I had to drink a half of a coke everymorning when I woke up. If I got up inthe night I would just take a couple of sips. Not sure why but itwould settle my tummy. Of course the caffeine isn't good for you so you might want to run this by your doctor. My babies were fine but I did tell my doctor. make sure he is fine with it.

Yes, I do, don't get up when you know it is going to hit. It is part of being pregnant. The first three months of your pregnancy, your body is still trying to figure out who the alien is and the body's natural reaction is to throw up. Kind of like when you take too many of whatever, your body thinks it has to expel the intruder. It thinks it is a pill or something in your tummy and it want's to evict it! Honey? If you can hang, it wont last long. the end result is worth it. Boo Boo on the way. Congratulations. :)

Ok.....I do know about this stuff!!!!! Yuk!!!!!!!! Well, I don't know if you know what ginger is. You can get it at Wal Mart in the produce isle. You slice about 6 lil slices and boil it in a small pot to make tea. (Ginger tea) It soothes a nautious tummy. The Ginger looks beige and also looks like a hand. It's funky looking but it help. I think mints and cinnamon help too. Get some teas!!!! that have these things in them. Good Luck!!!!!!!!

BBQ potato chips. They have a spice which settled my mom's stomach through 7 months of morning sickness with me and 9 with my sister. Good luck!

I had the nighttime kind too, and it's the WORSE. My Dr. recommended taking a spoonful of Gaviscon before bed and it worked like a charm.

salt crackers help... smell a lemon , eat healthy... and learn to find the things that make you sick in my case it was the smell of newspapers and the smell of cooking grease! and as for food I found out later on it was mixed fruits like ... gummy bears, fruit punch , lucky charms , froot loops.. find your pattern
