I am 21, and it is always on the right side. It is a really weird pain. It is like cramping, with stabbing pains that come out of nowhere

You should be checked by your doctor for indemetriosis, my sister had the same problem. It appears this crazy farkas person needs to have the doctor examine his head...LOL

Mandy,

You don't say how old you are, but it is possible that you are having ovulation pain.

Where is the pain? Is it always the same place or does it alternate between the left and right side?

I have been able to feel the ovulation and I could say that it can feel like a stabbing pain rather than the cramping pain of menstruation.

I would, to be sure, ask my physician. They have some non-invasive procedures like ultrasound to help you rule out any problems.

best,

cez

It sounds to me like endometreosis but I am not a doctor. You should talk to your doctor. There are many things that can cause pain like this and some of them are serious you need to have them treated right away. Talk to your doctor.

It could be endo, or it could be ovulation. If I were you, I'd just go to a doctor and ask them about it. I have the same thing...mine is simply ovulation.
