In Houston---NO--- unless you are far out of town or in a neighborhood you would not want to be in. Town home maybe.

No, at least 150K maybe for 2500 sq feet

yes 50, for the town home in houston. thats reason amount of space and money

lol $ 80.00 per square foot would be about right ( cheaper farther out but even then $ 60 would be cheap)
