you simply have to accept that you made a mistake and if she chooses not to forgive you, that is her right. you can't force it. all you DO have control over is making sure you learned from this experience and will use better judgment in the future. this is a simple case of growing pains... don't sweat it too much, we all stumble here and there on our path toward becoming better people.

Write her a note telling her why you are sorry and why you lied to her. That puts the ball in her court and if she doesn't forgive you by then it's time to move on. Unfortunately not all friendships last.
If this is not the first time you've lied to her, or if you have a habit of lying to others, then it's time to take a look in the mirror and ask yourself why you feel the need to lie.

Well, I guess you just gotta move on for now.
Forgiveness is not something that is to be earned or deserved. Guess it's not time. Plus, you said you lied, and maybe your friend knows you so well that she knew you lied. Everything works out in its own time.

There is a point of doing something wrong. There is a point of feeling guilty. Then there is a point of giving your apology. Then that's it. You're done your duty. If you have meant your apology in the most sincere way, then there is nothing else you can do. If she wants something, she should just say it. If she does not want to say it, then it's not your problem. I know guilt can effect you in many ways. But there is limit.

If it isn't enough then what is? Don't waste your time with her.
Not sure about your religion, but I am a Christian, and as a Christian, I must forgive others if I want to be forgiven. It is wrong to hold grudges, or to "forgive but not forget."
If a person is sorry, they are sorry, Period.

you told her your sorry and she refuses to accept it, so just let it go, stop telling her that. maybe down the road you and her can rekindle the friendship. you have to let time go by, if it doesn't rekindle, then you know she wasn't your best friend to begin with. people that are close will forgive each other over time.

Maybe words can't just explain everything. Try to get her something nice or thoughtful. Maybe just give her time so she realises how important you are to her. She just needs some time to get over it, perhaps.
