Because it is rape. They are unable to consent. If you have sex with them, you will go to jail.

Think of it this way. You are a man/woman (whatever you are). You are at a party. You pass out. While you are out, a member of your gender has their way with you. Are you okay with that?
Sex, regardless of who is having it, must be consensual or it's called rape. It is a crime. You can go to prison for it.

That is a criminal act called a RAPE. R-A-P-E. You can spend many years in jail because of it and you'd deserve it anyway.
