yes,

buy 4"x4"x8' green treated posts.
dig holes 2 feet 8 ft apart deep approx. use stringline to align tops
and 6 ft level to level posts backfill and tamp dirt around posts.

attach 2"x4"x8' horizontally to posts use 16' ft
and stagger seams for strength. attached with grk screws.

buy some rough cut ceder planks from a local mill if possible
price will be much lower then lumber yard cut dog ears on the
top for design by setting up jig on chop box.

attached to you 2x4x8 rails with a nailer or screws
space with a spacer block about 3/8 to 1/2 inch.

use a level or block to level tops of planks.
when done cut 4x4x8's to desired height.

We have 2. One is 6' tall, pre built panels and the other side where the most annoying idiot and filtiest pig lives is an 8' self built.. Just one bit of info is to pour cement down the hole where the posts go. The 8' takes a lot of wind abuse but it does what we put it up for. Happy digging!

you can buy 6' high fence in pre-made panels or assemble your own. If you're building your own, I highly recommend using metal posts placed 8' apart & using 3 rails for picket support.
