Because the more they pay out the less they keep. And management gets bounces for being "under budget" and those bounces can be from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars even if you just work at a shop in the mall. SO even your own manager is screwin you and blaming it on "the company".

As long as you do the work of three people do you think they will hire someone? NO why should they if you are willing to do that amount of work and as long as you get the work done they won't think of hiring anyone, that way they get to put more money in there greedy bank account!!
