Assuming this is £s then:

o Write of my parents' debts!
o Buy a house (get on the property ladder)
o Keep £ 3 Million and give the rest to charity

I don't need even that much that I kept. I just want to be happy and I don't think money is the way forward. Obviously it is necessary so I would keep the £3 Million but whilst others suffer so much I don't think I could live with having that much.

I hope that's what I would do. With the £3 Million:

o New computer (home build)
o Get a PPL and maybe a ATPL
o Might get more education and do a job I really want to do

Of course Yen is a different matter #8^p...

First thing I would do is put about 2 mill in a c.d. account. The intrest off of that is enough to live confortably the rest of my life.

After doing that I would take a long vacation and buy a house, car and other basics (spending less then a mill).

After that I would put the rest of the mill from my spending spree into an emergency savings account.

The last 4 million I would give away in such order.

1 million to medical research

1 mill to science (stuff like alternative gas, planetary conditions, ect.)

2 mill to friends and family. (mostly family)

I would still be going to school and get a job, however I would get a job that I would truelly love like teaching instead of buissness).

We would move to the banks of Loch Ness, build a small cottage with a veranda, a glass ceiling in our bedroom so we could watch the stars, an Aga cooker and a pantry, we'd have some pigs in the garden and a big cruiser moored at the bottom of the garden. We'd have a small tea room where I would sell my home made cakes, raspberry jam etc.
We would give some money to our chosen charities, friends and certain family members.
Oh and we'd have a Range Rover Vogue because we just love off roading.

First with the killing Income tax rates more than half would go to it.But they say if I volunteer to invest them into public bonds I would be saved from it. If so I would invest the entire amount in public bonds.

I am a Hindu. I have always felt that we Hindus have not discharged our responsibilities towards our Muslim brothers, first on account of their being one-time conquerers and then because they partitioned the country. However, I feel that these seven imillions had come to me then I could have stemmed the tide. Even now it is not too late. I would invest the entire amout(I am otherwise well off) in opening facilities exclusively available to Muslims though specifically advertised as a Hindu oraganisation. These facilities may be schools, colleges and hospitals where the entire management would be Hindu but the reccipient of the benefits would be ex clusively Muslims. List they feel that this was a veiled attempt to convert them I would ensure to have overseeing boards staff by Muslim intellecturals as advisors. But my endeav our would be to bring the Muslims in step with the modern world. So help me god/allah/jehova

First of all I get my surgeries that I need done so that I can be healthy again. Then I pay off alll of my debts. Buy the car and house that I want. I would buy a car for my mother in law and a nice truck for my fiance. I would invest some in cd's. I would give some to friends and family and homeless people. Create college funds for my nieces. Go shopping and get things that I want and need. I would set up a charity to help people in need of medical attention like I am now to help them get surgeries done. I would donate some to companies to find cures for diseases. I would travel to the Mediterranean and anywhere else I have ever wanted to go. I would just live life fully and happy and never worry again about money.

Pay off families debts, buy little plot of land in southern Europe. Have a dinner party with close friends, then put on my back pack, open the door and start a walk across the world. Make art again without the financial dread.

1. pay off all my debts
2. give money to my parents so they can pay off all their debts
3. split one million among my 3 siblings
4. pay off the mortgage on our house and do the relevant renovations that are needed.
5. invest in some real-estate

Investing any large sum initially into a tax differed portfolio will net huge gains in just ten years time - well worth the wait. Watch your spending, live off the generated interest modestly. You'll reap even larger rewards with patience.
