I have two standup fans, I cleaned them and now they will not work. Why?

did you dismantle them any to clean them?? like take off the grills to clean the bades?? then you need to take them apart and carefully put them back together so that nothing is binding!!

If you cleaned them with a liquid, you may have accidentally shorted out the motors.

Plug them back in. seriously they may have "tip over" switches in them. See if there is a reset button.

you might have gotten water/cleaner in the motor.
