I wish I knew. My appetite disappeared about 2 months ago. I lost a lot of weight, to the point where people are telling me to stop jogging.

I force myself to eat on a regular basis. Small meals will fill me up, so I make sure I eat fruit and vegetables to get my nutrients.

I don't know about physician recommended advice, but breaking up with my boyfriend always causes me to eat lot. Also I have "heard" that smoking pot will make you want to eat more. Another idea would be to be more active. The more active you are the more food you need to keep you going.

reason for loss of apptite??? there is the smoking of cannibus.
