I was smelling a co-worker's perfume and I ACCIDENTALLY touched her neck with my nose. She told my boss that it was sexual and this may be the last straw for me.

You said last straw for me leading me to think that this was not the first time. You screwed up and placed yourself in this situation. Quit immediatly if things havn't started legally. Starting things legally if they have not will turn it into a thing that you will not be able to control. Step away and hope to god that nothing comes of it because you will have no defense. Next time don't even think about getting close to a women.

Why in the hell did you have your nose that close to her neck?!?!? That's pretty close for just "smelling perfume". . .

First, TALK TO A LAWYER IMMEDIATELY! Second, (of course depending on what your lawyer says) tell your boss exactly what happened, leave out nothing.
