okay i've been crushing on this boy for a long time. i dont know what to say to him cause i dont know how he feels. we pretty much talk about casual stuff like what we did today and stuff. i want to IM him and tell him that i like him but i dont know what to say. should i do it or not? if so, what should i say?

IM is fine, but just be entertaining.
Don't put the pressure on him by telling him you like him.
If a guy likes you, he will want to make the first move. If he doesn't, you aren't going to change his mind by telling him that, you're only going to scare him away, then you won't even have him for a friend any more.
Play it COOL.

Yes. You should IM him because if you don't, he would get to another girl and your life will be over. Sometimes, he would probably like you back. Who knows? Maybe he is the one that feels the same way about you too.

You- Hey wass up?
him- nm u?
(here you should chat about random things like you normally do)
You- What are you doing tomorrow night?
Him- (he types whatever he is doing if he says nm or nothing ask if he wants to go to the movies or rollar rink something like that. well you are thre be like umm do you want to be my boyfriend.

Just say suddenly "hey i like you" you will get a reaction, chances are he likes you too. Or just tell one of his friends word will get around fast and you won't have to tell him anything.

i don't know if my experince is the same as yours but i liked this guy and he and i were emailing each other and just told him that i like him more than just than a friend and it turned out that he liked me more than a friend too! he told me first but it worked out fine!
