In Tunisia, I've seen in shops a reciver that can open thounds of channells with no need for smart card.They sell it with a small dish about 60cm and an LNB.You must orient this dish to W 7.The receiver will have then two coaxical cables : one one from the small dish, the other from your own dish.The role of the mall dish is to decrept.The vender says there is nothing illegal with it because it works under the system of time sharing.Believe me I have watched all the encrypted channels of NILE SAt.Multivision,Canal + on hot bird and many many others.During the world cup that receiver + the dish + the LNB + the installation cost about 600 Dinars.I suppose it is much cheaper now
