Within one year, I lost my sister(no determined cause), 2 grandparents(heart attacks), 2 girlfriends(flood swept ones car away, fell out of the back of a truck), and 4 male friends(1 from suicide, and 3 in one accident).

watched a friend get killed and was helpless to stop it from happening. Sel and his grilfriend Heather as well as April, my girlfriend, and myself were walking along a very rocky beach in NS. Heather fell into the water and Sel jumped in after her. He got her over to me and helped to push her out. I turned to give Sal a hand when a wave came in behind him and drove him into then under the rock. In a second he was gone. His body was found four days latter.

My mother died of the worst kind of breast cancer when I was 30, my first marriage blew apart and my son got epilepsy severely, all at the same time. It all worked out (much better husband now, son cured), except for my mom's death. That was about 24 years ago and they still can't cure that kind of cancer.

My dad died when I was barely sixteen. It was sudden. That definitely, without a doubt, was the worst thing I've ever been through.

My husband died in a drowning accident in the backyard pool at a friend's house. That was the WORST and it still is hard for me!

the worst thing that ever happened to me was when i fell and broke my risk my risk bone was sticking through my skin.

My baby and I almost died on the operating table during an emergency c-section due to a prolapsed umbilical cord. VERY SCARY!!! I felt them cut me open too... That SUCKED!
