For your foundation you should have a color that when applied to your face blends in so well that you can't see it at all. Try going to a cosmetics counter that allows you to test the products before you buy them.
For your eye shadow it all depends on the color of your eyes
Blue: peaches, pums,mauves, or camel
Green: rusts,pinks, mauves & purples
Brown: if your eyes are brown you can wear any eye shadow color

test foundations on your arm. blend them in well and if you cant really see a difference, that one is for you. also consult someone at the makeup store, they can help you if you are a first time user. use eyeshadow kits that are for specific eye colors, like from almay or something.

go to the clinique stand and they will match you up with the right color or go to www.clinique.com and take a skin test and they will give you your exact color. the same thing with eyeshadow any makeup stand in a department store such as Nordstrom and Macy's will help you.

sheer shimmery shadows work on everyone, just keep it sheer. To find your foundation color, stripe you cheeks in good light and blend to see the best match. Don't use your wrist, it is not the color of your face.

white with gray eyeshadow will be astounding. the grey can outline the crease and the white brings out the colour better. only circumvent glitter, and do not use the same colour eyeshadow as ur eyes cuz it surely disguise it even better. some severe colour that thoroughly diff frm ur eyes will truly make ppl see the diff and obviously pop ur eyes better. Mascara and skinny eyeliner will be nice, red lips yet contained in the hotter area will be better positive.
