yes i can, but it lasted a month. It was the first time in my entire life that i could smile and laugh and ther be emotion behind those actions. I no longer felt a need to cry or be angry. Everything felt right in my life. And the greates person in my life at the time was my baby nephew, every time he smiled my smile got bigger, every time he laughed i would burst laughing from being so happy. It was incredible. But things happened and the good feelings went away.

Yes, i can recall them very well. It was the birth of my beautiful children and rite now actually i am truly happy. I'm happy with my life, children and job. I think it comes with finding peace within yourself. I love god first me second my children third my mother forth and everyone/thing after that. For me that's the best order it makes things a lot simpler. No stress just a peace of mind.

At least once a day, being with my daughter. When I cuddle her and she really cuddles me back. Sometimes we look into each others' eyes and are so ludicrously happy we have to laugh and laugh, and she looks at me then as though we two share a big joke no-one else knows about. Having said that, she drives me insane the rest of the time :-)

Hmmm. No. But I think as close as I got to that is the day I got a big bonus at work, and a raise, and went out that night and got a new car.

one day after a track meet...I just ran a mile and won the race. I guess most of the feeling was "runner's high" but it felt soo wonderful...I just wanted to spin around and around like I was 3 years old again.
