Besides being a good time, do you really have to ask this question, and do you seriously think just because you both promised, this wont come out someday? What happens when she gets mad at you for any little reason? Or if you want to end it and she doesnt? Is losing your gf worth this? If this is all the respect you have for your gf, then Id end it with her and take up with your co worker, youre made for each other. Really think about it!

You know that it would be cheating but the choice is yours. Be careful because what happens in the dark comes to surface in the light. Your GF might find out and you'll be up the creek. Clearly you are not commited to your girlfriend if you need to ask strangers a question of this sort. You need to focus on your relationship with your girlfriend, or move on for both your sakes. Even if you chose to move on, it's still not healthy to be co-dependent on complete strangers. These are the sort of questions you need to look inside yourself for. Eg. "Do I want to be the kind of person to use someone else and be used myself?"
