I am british and have been to America several times and no Americans are as diverse and mult cultural like anyone else.
Sketchers was aimed at teens/young adults the same as coke zero is aimed at weight consious men.
Hope this makes sense....

It didn't sound like you wanted to offend so hopefully this helps..

To all the Americans - there's a really bad ad that's just started appearing for Sketchers, it looks like it was done in the mid 90's from what they're all wearing and seems to be based on MTV's Real World or whatever it was called.. a really annoying, stupid advert.

But luckily I know that most Americans are like that, I think most people hate the American government but still know that American people are just like most people from other countries (perhaps know less about the rest of the world, but that's all).

No, luv, this is a bad representation of what Americans are about.
The adverts you see of Skeetchers, not knowing which one in particular, do not represent all of what the typical American teen, or people, has to offer.
We Americans do not catagorize all British people having bad teeth, do we? No. There are some stupid ***, ignorant Americans just like there are a lot of ignorant Brits you do not want Americans to think are all alike.

Advertisements - whether they are print ads or on the "Telly" are designed with one thing in mind - to see you something. Being that there are close to 300 million people in America, there are 300 million different Americans. Is it a safe assumption to say that everyone from Britian is like a Monty Python sketch? A commercial is not a generalization.

the human beings you're speaking approximately can no longer think of for themselves. they're sheeple hearded by using communities who run the anti-warfare rallies, like 'answer' (socialist team). they only disagree with something Bush does or says, and can't admit any stable he has performed. i'm happy to appreciate that maximum human beings of this united states of america does no longer think of like those user-friendly minded toddlers. they are able to speak of their polls all they decide for(even although they are able to't let us know what the questions concerning to the polls have been), however the only 'ballot' that concerns is the election. i'm not sure if i will take yet another 4 years, after this term, of the liberals crying. whilst they arise with an thought, different than convert to socialism, perhaps some human beings will start up balloting for them.

Dont use but. "dont take this the wrong way, BUT" invariable is taken the wrong way. "i shouldnt say this, but..."
Just say it how it is.
Fat, mad president, world dominating, corrupt, ok, Geneva convention, but this is guantanamo bay, it doesnt count here? what like child porn coming from the congo? or other unstable state? doesnt count. Or an international gambling site, that people in the us used of thier own free will, illegal there, the owner got arrested by the "worlds" police, the fbi, when he chanced to land there for "refueling"....and why did the plane temporarily run out of fuel...the boundary respecting cia?

Well, as eager as I was to answer your question, I don't know who the "Sketchers" are, and I don't know what an "advert" is. Sorry. God Bless you.
