Tomato Soup
1 quart tomatoes, raw or canned 2 teaspoons sugar
1 pint water 1 teaspoon salt
12 peppercorns 1/8 teaspoon soda

Chop it up and make some bruschetta bread. Put it on some focacia bread or something similar. Add some chopped onion and cheese and broil for a minute or so.
