I don't know where you live, but if you live somewhere in the usa and are willing to relocate anywhere within it's borders. Look at Shawnee State University www.shawnee.edu . I got me GED there, it also seems to be a decent school to attend.

What science_geek said. You're not going to be able to get a bachelor's in the same place you get your GED. If you're looking for a bachelor's that is.
