ABSOLUTELY NOT!! AS A HUGE QUEEN FAN, I FIND THAT OFFENSIVE (ONLY JOKING) HE DOES A FEW BITS NOW WITH ROGER TAYLOR, BUT THEY WERE`NT AS BIG AS FREDDY MERCURY & BRIAN MAY, SO THEY KINDA GET FORGOTTEN ABOUT WHICH IS SAD!!!!:(

He has simply retired from Queen since Freddie Mercury's death, save for the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert in 1992. The other two, Brian May and Roger Taylor, are greedy and still milking the Queen name for as much as they can get out of it. But it ain't Queen without Freddie! :)

No, he is and always has been completely sane, and to his credit wanted nothing to do with the post-Freddie "Queen". He is rather reclusive, maybe.
