I have a blocker that's blocking my yahoo music, how do i unblock it? How do I unblock something? Do I have to be an Administrative

Go to Tools > popup blocker and you have 2 options: either allow all popups or more recommended; go into popup blocker settings and just allow yahoo music.(just copy/paste both yahoo music urls in the "address of the web sites to allow" box, then click the add button. once they show up in the "allowed sites" box then you're good to go.

Two you need to pay like 14 dollars a month to use yahoo music

Yes. You would need a password to unlock it or you can go to adminstrative and unlock it but you would need a password to go into administrative. Either way, you're stuck if you don't have a password.
