If you are talking about someone using your computer and snooping, the best thing to do is not store passwords on your computer at all.

If you use a multiuser machine like XP, then use a secure account. Alter yours so that you need to type a password to get into your account at bootup, also fix it so that it will go to a black screen or screen saver if you are not near your computer for a few minutes. That way there is no access to anyone trying to get into your stuff.

Block that person. Ignore him too. List him among ignored users. Change ur password. Uncheck the options, Sign in automatically & Remember my id and password.
