Am i the only one who likes South Park?

Question

All my friends say family guy is funnier than south park, and it is funny, but i like south park better.

while watchin family guy, i get up and do things, but south park is more entertaining, i think.

PLUS IN EVERY EPISODE IVE SEEN KENNY DIES AND ITS FUNNY!
that doesnt happen in family guy....

i think the reason i like southpark more is cause i watch it 2 times a night, watching it when family guy is on commercial....

I like south park, and so does my eleven year old son. Not only does it entertain us, it is a bonding experience due to the fact that it's somewhat illicit and vulgar, which to an eleven year old, is beyond awesome. It also gives us an occasional opportunity to discuss serious topics that are being sent up on the show, and in the greater scheme of things, it helps to cultivate an appreciation of the differences between the inherent humor of a serious situation and the reality of the same. Children sheltered from cutting edge humor have a more difficult time determining what is funny and what is serious, and often develop unhealthy attitudes about such things (obsession with or utter rejection of)

I have all of Series 1 on video and the PS1 game South Park Rally

But I live in an area that doesn't get SBS so I can't watch it

Family Guy is no comparison. It's drawn better and tries to be serious, where South Park is drawn badly and doesn't try to be anything, which makes it funny.

its a close race between south park and family guy
i would say south park has an edge cuz its just plain out funny
family guy needs randomness to be funny, but that is just what family guy is -random
i think they are both really funny, and yeah south park is on twice a night. i love how kyle always says. holy crap they killed kenny and calls the killer a bastard.
ok well i do like south park better, but i was sad when they killed chef. it was a funny episode how chef died tho

No, you're not the only one. I hate Family Guy, think South Park is much funnier and love the ways they think of to make Kenny die (you b*****ds!). The film was only funny for the first half hour though.

just because you watch south park during commericials isn't a very compelling reason to convince someone that it's better
