At 37 weeks they wont stop your labor that I do know so if you are at 34 or 35 weeks the baby will probably have to stay at the hospital for a short stay but it definitly could be worse if that is at all imaginable for you. Good Luck!

i had all my baby at 38 weeks and they are all health no problems , first baby weighted at birth 5lbs and 6ozs, he had to stay in the hospital for a while because i was only 17 when i had him and my water broke but i was not hurting and i didn't go to the hospital when my water broke to like 3 hrs later and it was not fluid around him , with my second baby she weighted 6lbs and 14 ozs she was health and my last baby he weighted at birth 6lbs and 9 ozs all at 38 weeks so u will be fine

My boss had a 24 weeker who is now a healthy 2 year old. 34ish weeks isn't outrageously early.

Did she give you any reason or just a guess?
