I like a strap I can wear over my shoulder so I can have both hands free to carry in the ton of groceries I buy each week. Sometimes I just loop the whole purse over my head.

Jack bags are for guys. I'm thinking of those lovely "man purses" that hold a laptop, uhmm, men's magazines, lotion, tissues, and have a cross shoulder strap style. So very metro, and so many uses. I just hope they get cleaned out or replaced on a regular basis, ewww.

Actually anything larger than a change purse or pouch is very rare and hard to find.

On the other hand. Any jack bag is good as long is it holds what if should nicely....with no spillage.

My favourite is a ham and sharp cheddar sandwich, yet you're drained of sandwiches. Tuna salad on crackers is reliable. Or a loaded pasta salad (salalmi, cheese and greens) or potato salad (Francis Bacon, cheese, greens) is incredibly reliable. A bagel with cream cheese and salami. Ritz, decrease up ham or salami and cheese slices (like a lunchable). Left over pizza and fried hen are reliable chilly. Sliced apples and peanut butter. Taco salad.
