No. This means that they are lying to you, because he knows he's not going to do when he promises you. Someone who loves you wants to make you happy and they would want you to know that you can trust him. He doesn't love you. Move on and find someone who is trustworthy.

I don't. I am a little old fashion. To me, that's like someone saying that they love and then cheat on you. When you say you love someone, that is like a promise that one should intend to keep. When one breaks that promise, they are obviously showing and telling you that they can care less about your feelings. So to answer your question, no. You can't say that you love someone and break your promises. In my opinion, the two most important things in a relationship is trust and communicaiton. Communicaton is lacking and with all the lies, you can't trust him/her.

No.
It's called treating you like dirt.
It's called walking all over you.
Just look him right in the eye the next time he makes a promise and tell him, "If you break this promise, we're through."

Remember, marriage is a big promise. If a man can't keep a little promise, then he certainly cannot keep a big promise.

How do you know my husband? lol!

Sorry - just had to add a bit of humor. No, I think that if a person breaks their promises then they might think they love you, but they are not giving you enough thought and care, which, of course, you do with someone you love. Good luck!

Hmmm Love is supposed to bring out the best in that person. But it actually depends if breaking promises are a part of who he is.
Tell him not to promise you things if he doesn't intend on keeping them.
If it was me I wouldn't waste my time. Unless I was in love and he's worth it.

Well, it kinda depends on the promise.

Generally, no. But do you really want to be with someone who breaks their promises all the times.

It's possible... it could be he has a hard time with promises and follow through - perhaps he should be saying "i will try to get that done honey" instead of "I promise to do that" .... if he promises almost everytime he says he's going to do something, he may just mean "i really want to do it for you" -- listen to when and how he says it - and listen to his heart....

No i don't !
when you make a promise its from the heart.
When you break it its from selfishness
In my books if they break a promise they have also lied to you
If they lie then they are hiding something
Which means there is no trust
Find someone that keeps their promises
And you will find love
Good Luck
