Usually a MCSE will command a higher salary. It all depends upon what type of position you are looking for and what jobs are open in your area. Why don't you pray about it and ask God to lead you in the way that you should go?

I would agree with Martin. It really depends on what you are seeking. MCSE draws good money, but higher responsibility, longer hours, and higher cost to get. Where an A+ draws on the lower end of the pay scale, you will have a high learning curve on on many things when you actually get a position, and you will be Junior on your position. Cost are lower for the A+ in most cases unless you are going to the wrong place.

Recommendation: Set your goals first, then find someone you respect in that field and ask them what it takes to get to that point and what you need to start. Then go for it.

Good Luck!
