The circle of life...you can't beat it. Part of living is dying. Stay away from drugs and the wrong kind of people. Try not to get yourself into bad situations. Don't smoke, Exercise, eat healthy. There are all kinds of things you can do to live long and healthy but in the end you're going to die and there's nothing you can do to change that.

Dying is a normal part of living. You think you don't want to die now but the older you get you'll change your mind somewhat. I have an aunt who will be 104 years old in 2 days. She said "If I knew I was going to live this long I would have shot myself. I think she is tired of living.

Only thing to do is change your whole attitude about it - figure out why you have your brakes on about the whole dying thing (fear of unknown, pain, GOD, heaven/hell ideas, because it's just sooo much damn fun around here, etc, etc.... then, change your belief about the entire death & dying thing... make it the most beautiful, most outrageous journey you can think of, and start looking forward to it, 'cause, honey, you'll be taking that trip sooner or later. So, have a nice life. And do enjoy your death (and that's not meant in any mean or bad way!!!) Peace. And Joy.

One of the ancient Chinese emperors reckoned that the life forced ebbed out of all the bodily orifices so he plugged them all to try and stop it leaking. His ears, nostrils, mouth, anus and even his penis. It didn't work though, he died. It's speculation as to whether he lived longer having at least slowed the flow!
I don't share his opinion though, we are all going to die, why be scared? It might be an adventure in an afterlife. No afterlife? Well then we won't be conscious to be worried about it!

don't worry about dying, it happens to every form of life on the planet
if you want to prolong your life, i suggest a healthy lifestyle, including diet, exercise and avoid bad habits (smoking), avoid dangerous situations eg bull fighting, avoid irritating hostile individuals, things like that.
however you may have a design in you DNA which has an unavoidable nasty surprise for you but there is nothing that can be done about that
so just enjoy the time you have and make sure you don't affect other peoples happiness in a bad way

Everyone`s afraid of death, and I don`t think that you should just ignore it, but its going to happen eventually no matter what you do. Most people have beliefs about an afterlive and that helps them fear it less. You can`t stop it from happening, but you cna certainlny delay it. You know, don`t start smoking, or try to quit. Stay away from drugs, don`t drink and drive, always try to eat right. Basically just be careful about your health and you`ll live longer. Of course don`t go insane. It doesn`t mean you should aim to get obsesive compulsive disorder.

Ask Jesus to come into your heart and to fill you with the Holy Spirit and then you will never die. If your body wears out before Jesus comes back for us it will die, but your spirit will go to be with God in whose presence is fullness of joy and at whose right hand are pleasures forever more!

There never really was a 'you' in the first place, so there is really nothing that dies. Check out On Having No Head by Douglas Harding (great web-site too - the headless way) for a different perspective on life (and death) - serious!

find the 1 spot in the middle of america free of natural disasters. bulid a fort, wear body armour and drive a tank to the shops.
Keep a supply of all medicines in the fort with a doctor.
medical companies are also looking at making a pill to slow ageing so that will also help.
