wow I feel for you, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, I guess this teaches you NOT to trust Filipino women enough to buy a $1500 ticket on one.
What I would do next is try and find ANOTHER Filipino woman to be with, then it won't make much of a difference any longer, right?
The internet is full of Dating Sites and dating sites they are Stuffed FULL of Filipino women looking to get out of the country (but they say they are looking for love, lol) so get going doing some research. If all this fails I don't think it'll be too difficult to find one once over there, although you sound a bit "green" lol how old are you I wasn't any better when 18 perhaps I was worse.
If all this fails, keep on searching googe for "Manila" check out all newsgroups, posts, whatever, I am sure something will come up.
I would also kick up a fuss about the ticked and try to ask for a refund, anything is possible but you should ask the airline where you bought it from not us here :-) Feel free to mail me privately with any question and I'll try and help any way I can :-) good luck.

What country are you coming from? If you are coming from the US , I would suggest Philippine Airlines. They have this thing for being delayed all the time but they have direct flights SFO-MNL or LA-MNL . Their tickets are refundable but it will take about 2 months to refund it plus you cant refund taxes and stuff....Plus if you are going to enrol in their frequent flyer program, one round trip US-MANILA-US will entitle you to 2way flight to Boracay (REALLY really beautiful beach in the Philippines)! or 1 way to an asian country.... but check it out first rules may have changed,. Goodluck!

check the terms of your booking. anything less than a full fare ticket, as far as i know, will have restrictions.

also, i dont think anyone would buy a plane ticket from ebay, in the first place?

there are also security issues to consider- passport and ticket names wouldnt match?

lots of the police officials round listed lower than are slightly anal and wont help you get out of it,yet jointly apologise to you for writting you a value ticket. They even inform you what to say to the decide as they write you that value ticket, for one hundred and eighty.00. despite the indisputable fact that the perfect officer I encountered, enable me opt for a caution. I did no longer something, yet i changed into wearing well being facility scrubs. He instructed me,"do you want to finally end up contained in the well being facility, embarrassed, being cared for by ability of your coworkers?"" do this again and also you'd be."Then, he enable me go, with no value,or value ticket. I for sure had to apologise first, for making a unlawful U-turn.
