They don't weigh that much, so you could probably just pick them right up.
or, if you mean pick them up in the 'get with' sense....you pretty much need to be a teen celebrity yourself. Or have the greatest drugs on the planet. You have to have something that gets you into the scene that they are in. For instance, if you are among the wealthy elite of an area that they frequent or are friends with the wealthy elite (that's where having the great drugs comes in handy) of said area, then you have a chance. But you have to have somehing. Amazing looks and buckets of charisma are a good start. you know, if everyone at the party looks at you when you walk in the door, and then goes "there he is!" And this means in a very exclusive neighborhood, not just anytown USA. In otherwords, being a local celebrity in a celebrities hot zone (Aspen, Staad, Brentwood, OC...) is what you would need.

how stupid. teen celebrities give me a break! they are fickle and on power trips, they will not go out with you when Paris Hilton has a new ex on the market. they will always look for something better, set your sights on a girl with some substance. celebrity isn't everything.

Pretend to be a writer for a new version of "Dawson's Creek" or a remake of the "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" series...

Well most of them nowadays come from trailer parks so I would say become a Trialer Salesman or Trailer Park owner and get to know them before they get famous.

Seriously, don't say things like "Oh my, god, I am Your biggest fan!" or talk about their movies and how their characters spoke to you, at least to start with. But you probably don't want to ignore their work. Compliment them, adn then ask them a few questions and let them lead the conversation.

Hang out at their favourite clubs and make your way. Otherwise send countless letters that sounds genuine.

Unless you have access to them to hang out I would admire from afar because they have lots of protection and it would be difficult for them to be socially active.
