My dog was licking his sac and then licked me on the mouth...how do I get rid of these ugly red bumps?

Oh no - you have Canine Saliva Infestation! Quick - get help! I'm sorry - I couldn't resist. I blew my chances at "Best Answer" didn't I? Actually, I grew up on a farm. I have had all kinds of pets my whole life (chickens, pigs, horses, hampsters, dogs, cats, etc.). I have never heard of anyone contracting a disease from a dog who licked their face. I'm not an expert though. Your best bet is to call your doctor and ask for advice (or call a vet and see if there are in fact diseases that can be transferred to humans). It may have been just a coincidence that you got the red bumps on your lips right after your dog licked your mouth. I would call the doctor anyhow - just in case.

OMG!!! Take the dog to the VET right away!!! He may have gotten something from YOU. In spite of the butt-licking, humans usually have dirtier mouths than dogs!
Seriously - could be a bit of an allergy reaction. Wash your face with gentle soap and try an anti-itch allergy creme.

why do people let dogs lick their faces? it's so gross, they eat their own poop, they are not "clean" no matter how clean they are or how well you take care of them! if this is a real question, go see a doctor before you give it to someone else!
