I am 14 weeks pregnant and have a severe sinus infection along with fever. Is the fever going to effect my baby??

That is not something that you can answer yes or no to. It's unknown if your baby will be affected. High fevers have been associated with neural tube deforminites. Fever is a sign of infection. You already stated that you had a sinus infection. Sinus infections drain in the back of your throat, therefore the infection itself is not necessarily contained and can be floating in your and your babies blood stream. I'd see the doctor to get some antibiotics as soon as you can.

Fever is an indication of an infection. Definitely see a doctor!
