I do not have a credit card and so cannot purchase a removal programme, is there a free download that actually removes the virus instead of just scanning for it? Can I remove the virus manually?

U have to scan to track the position of the trojan virus. Visit http://safety.live.com (Microsoft's free online scanner for viruses, spywares, trojans etc.) and run a "Full Service Scan". It will automatically detect and remove the virus. Just visit the page, click on "Full Service Scan" & when a new window opens, choose Full system scan. That's it!! Leave ur computer for 2 hrs and it will be brought back to its original state.

Hi, you can try Norton or Mcafee to remove the virus, but you should pay for the software.

i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar, which can disable the virus, becasue the virus can only run on IE.

firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and spywareware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

I wouldn't recommend deleting the virus manually as it could have infected vital system files. If the antivirus doesn't delete it, I would highly recommend that you format your hard drive, reinstall your operating system e.g. Windows, and install an antivirus software so you don't get infected again
