now im trying to crop them on yahoo photos but it wont let me upload them. what in the heck do i have to do?? its been driving me insane! help!

Perhaps the files are too large. My scanner came with software that allows me to crop and resize on the desktop. I also compress .jpg files by opening them with MS Paint and saving as themselves.
