Terrell Owens is a good person. It's T.O. who is the @$$. Terrell is the one you see with the fans before the game or reading books to kids in libraries. T.O. is the idiot who's screaming at his QB on the sideline and calling him gay in an interview. I think he's bi-polar.

His attitude is very bad. He thinks he is the greatest wide receiver in the history of the NFL. If a QB did not throw to him every time, he would trow a fit. So, it affected his behavior with his teammates, coaches and management. His focus is him and nobody else. It was bad for both teams and I feel sorry for the Cowboys. He is good, but not great. Greatness is not measured just in stats; it is measured by a persons heart.

He is given crappy QBs and no one will attempt to control him. The owner and coaches just let him do whatever he wanted until it became too late. They blame it all on him, but that is because they don't want to accept blame. They could have put him on the bench or suspended him for a game when he started acting up, but he is too good of a receiver to want to give up that talent for even one game. Look at his QBs though. Jeff Garcia, a journeyman now who hasn't looked good since he lost T.O. as a WR. McNabb, who was INJURED and the team did nothing about it last year which is when T.O. got to be too much to them. Hmmm noticing a pattern here?

Because after years of letting professional athletes behave like spoiled children, whole generations have grown up thinking that this is appropriate "professional" behavior.
Finally, the tide has turned.

What happened in Philly and S.F. happened because the media hyped it up, gave it unnecessary attention, and it blew up in their face.
