i have an adorable top but my breasts arnt big enough for it any ideas?

Have you tried a padded bra? Or take the top to the tailor to have it fixed.

If a padded bra doesnt do the trick, get it altered.

Have a tailor adjust it so it fits correctly

maybe use a padded bra or wash it in hot water

pin it back use bobby pins push up bra also works
