Only if you have a few pounds of lime, a supposed "sewer leak," and a nice hole dug in your cellar.
Unless you're Dick Cheney, in which case, you always shoot them.
For the rest of us, it's best to aim at something else, such as a passing bird, or if push comes to shove, the neighbor's annoying dog. Local, State, and Federal governments tend to have rather harsh penalties for shooting people.
