My advice is this: never buy clothes (especially a dress) without trying it on first. Unless it's super cheap.

I would say either www.wetseal.com or www.gojane.com they have some really pretty formal dresses!! But i would never buy a dress online I think that a bad idea but Hope my websites help!!
