There are several things you can do to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Your doctor is right, the # 1 key is to stop stressing, if you are stressed it will make you irregular and you need to know when you are ovulating.

Have your husband wear boxers and not briefs.
Have your husband take 1 teaspoon of Robitussen DM every morning at the same time (this increases sperm count)
Hold your legs up on the wall after you have sex(Don't know if this one actually works, but have heard that it does)
Take Vitamin C
Moderate activity, not more than thirty minutes walk during the healing process.

• Stress management, including adequate sleep and rest. Sleep enhances cell repair and hormonal production.

• Not too frequent sex during the healing period; it is weakening to sperm count.

• Avoid alcohol, coffee, excess sugar, fried and fast foods, and refined, processed, and genetically engineered foods.

Eat fresh organic fruit and vegetables (pesticides create estrogen dominance in the body), and free-range dairy and animal products (hormone-fed cattle meat disturb the body’s hormonal balance). Asparagus root and black beans increase fertility.

If fresh dietary supplements are unavailable or insufficient, you can take them in the form of natural vitamin and mineral supplements.

• Multivitamin and multimineral supplements should be high in zinc and selenium.

• Vitamin E 500 l Us.

• Vitamin C 1000 mg twice a day.

• Omega-3-and-6 essential oils

Best of luck to you. remember to get plenty of rest and stop stressing out. When it is meant to happen, it will.

Ok, I won't recommend you to drink or try any of those fertility drugs but I would recommend for you to try this natural method of trying to be pregnant. It helped me, my friends who wanted to be pregnant and also my auntie .

- Do not have sex after you and your hubby gets home from work or from doing anything that may have exhausted you both.

- Instead have a good night sleep (complete 8 hours rest) and early morning maybe around 5am to like 6:30 to 7am, have sex. DO that for like a whole month every morning. And see if that would work for you.
- Also please don't be too stressed out with having a baby..that may be a factor too. RELAX AND TAKE IT SLOW.

Our body sometimes needs to rest and when it finally does get it, it will cooperate with us.

Also take your doctor's advise about losing weight, that might be one factor too why its hard to conceive... try it and see if that would all work.

I hope you have your little ANGEL soon. c",)

You typically don't have one now, and in case you do, it's going to be minor recognizing referred to as implantation bleeding. Cramping could also be average because the egg implants for your uterus.
