Does anyone know when Heather Lowell's book, Once Burned will be published?

It's listed as being available for preorder on Amazon...with a supposed "release date" of July 1, 2005. The forum board below has many people complaining about the delay and asking why it's STILL not out. The author's website--I did check--and there is no word about the novel at all. So you're not alone in wondering, but I have no definitive answer for you either.

Well dcmreader I guess that after something has been burned it's not gonna get published.
