In my humble opinon, it would have to be Tweety Bird. Arghh. The voice! I always, somewhere deep in the recesses of my heart wanted Slyvester to get him.
Droopy is a close second though. Again, the voice!!
And you, my fellow Yahoo Answer addicted friends, what cartoon character makes you feel something akin to finger nails on a chalkboard?
Note: there is no need to point out what a useless question this, unless of course you are working on your dissertation and the topic happens to be the "Psychological Ramfications of Annoying Cartoon Characters". Then of course it is a very worth while question indeed.

Oh dear god, I forgot Scrappy Doo. Or as I know him Evil Incarnate. You could write a dissertation on that little creation.

Scrappy Doo.
Scooby Doo was extremely popular until he came along. Within one season Scooby Doo ratings were trashed and if I remember correctly the second season with Scrappy killed of the cartoon.

I also wished for Tweety's demise. The most annoying for me was Scrappy Doo (Scooby's cousin?).-I hated everything that came out of his mouth and he single-handedly ruined a good cartoon....

I don't know why, but I hated Underdog. and Mighty Mouse. yeah Scrappy Doo was pretty bad I wouldnt even watch the episodes that had him on it.
