I think the funniest I've seen is in So I Married An Axe Murderer...Mike Meyers was playing the father and was sitting in the living room talking with Anthony LePaglia's character & the father character was seriously funny! He was ripping on the size of the kid's head in his infamous Scottish accent "look at the size of that head...it's like an orange on a toothpick!"...the funniest part of that scene is the sincere laughter coming from Tony Lepaglia...he couldn't contain himself! It's priceless! It's like watching an outtake of the movie!

I have the Laurel & Hardy movie called Way Out West. After the movie was over, they added a short skit starring Zasu Pitts and Thelma Todd called "Red Noses." It's the best and funniest physical comedy I've ever seen.

Hands down, it's the scene in "The Court Jester" (with Danny Kaye) where he's trying to remember which cup of wine is poisoned. Remember:

"The vessel with the pestle has the pellet with the poison; the chalice from the palace has the brew that is true...!"

Honorable mention: the campfire scene from "Blazing Saddles"...
