If your urethra is burning, you likely have urethritis. This can be caused by a few things, but most importantly, a sexually transmitted infection. Go to your health department or your doctor, and stop masturbating if it exacerbates your symptoms!

Yes, I agree you should go see a doctor... and do not be afraid or hesitant to level with him; (they've heard it all, whether you are 8 or 80)...
If it's not an STD ,which it probably is; (unless you are doing the self-gratification thing because you are truly celibate; and ALWAYS have been)...
But there still IS a thing called NSU- (non-specific urethritis) --- It could be that. Or kidney stones that have not passed completely out of your urethra, but have just been forced out... (think "masturbation by sandpaper" and you will know what to equate that pain with)...
Almost everything IS be curable, but in the meantime, give your hand a rest... FOBB (fear of blue balls) is not an actual symptom of anything...

SOUNDS LIKE A URINARY TRACT INFECTION- WHATEVER YOU ARE USING- SOUNDS LIKE SALIVA- HAD BACTERIA IN IT AND CAUSED AN INFECTION... EITHER WAY YOU NEED TO GO TO THA DR. AND GET CHECKED OUT--- NO FEAR THO- ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE YOURSELF AN STD..LOL... SORRY I HAD TO...:)
